Product Return & Exchange Policy
1. Product inspection policy:
- Before receiving and paying, you have the right to check the product.
- You can open the package to check to make sure the order is delivered with the correct product and quantity as ordered. Please do not try the product.
- After checking that the order is correct with the order placed, you pay the delivery staff (in case the order is shipped COD) and receive the goods.
- In case you are not satisfied with the product or change your mind and do not want to receive the goods anymore, you can refuse to receive the goods. Here, we will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you placed.
2. Cases accepted for return
- The product is damaged during transportation.
- The product does not match your order.
- The product has expired before or on the delivery date.
- The product is damaged due to manufacturing errors (technical failures, design errors, content errors, differences from the manufacturer's announced quality standards).
- The returned product must have the original label as when received.
- Meet the time requirements for return requests as below
3. Return process:
- Step 1: You call Hotline 0916 105 805 to notify the return request
- Step 2: You notify Tam Minh Foods of the purchase invoice number, the purchased product and the reason for return
- Step 3: Tam Minh Foods checks the condition and quality of the product, considers the reason for return and confirms the return.
- Step 4: Tam Minh Foods notifies the return method (Exchange for a new product or refund 100% of the entire product value)
- Step 5: Proceed to return or refund within 05 working days (except Sundays and holidays)
- Step 6: Notify the customer of the completion of the return procedure.
4. Return costs
- For products returned due to Tam Minh Foods' fault, you will be exempted from 100% of all transaction costs, shipping costs and costs incurred to your address.
- For products returned due to your arbitrarily changing your product needs, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs and costs incurred during the return process.
